We are offering an AI training license for our enterprise production codebase. Our core Go main backend repository is 11 months old with 300+ pull requests and 5 contributors (as GitHub serves as our secondary backup mirror while our primary development runs directly on Google Cloud with our custom software). Across the codebase, total volume is approximately 90k to 116k lines of code (LOC). Along with the Go backend, we are bundling 10 additional production repositories: Driver Android app (Kotlin), Customer Android app (Kotlin), Driver iOS app (SwiftUI), Customer iOS app (SwiftUI), Driver React app, Customer React app, Admin React plus Electron wrapper dashboard (Vertex AI powered), Support agent React plus Electron wrapper dashboard, Sponsor React plus Electron wrapper dashboard, and our Go AI driver doc verification microservice. Note that these companion repositories have 0 pull requests on GitHub because, for the same reason, GitHub is maintained strictly as a secondary backup location. Our valuation and pricing are anchored primarily on the Go backend with its 300+ PR history. We are reaching out regarding a paid collaboration opportunity for completed software projects.
We are interested in acquiring or licensing suitable projects for research and AI/ML model training purposes.
Our requirements:
• Project must be completed and hosted on GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gitea, or a similar platform.
• Repository/project should be private.
• For a single-repository project, the repository must have at least 5,000 Lines of Code.
• For a project with multiple repositories, at least one repository must have 5,000+ Lines of Code.
• At least 100 commits and 100 merged Pull Requests.
• Minimum development history of 5–6 months.
• README/documentation preferred.
• Project should be available for verification and review.
APIs and external services: We will not use your personal API keys, accounts, credentials, or paid services. You may remove API keys and sensitive API-related information before sharing the project.
