Hi @rdmilkshakelab, You can absolutely contact GitHub Support without logging in or doing SMS verification. GitHub provides a specific fallback form for users who are completely locked out of their primary accounts. Here are the exact ways to bypass the SMS block and get help: • Email the Appeals Desk Directly: You can bypass the web portal entirely by sending an email straight to support@github.com or appeals@github.com. Make sure to send this email from the primary email address that was linked to your blocked account so they can verify your identity. • Provide Alternate Verification Data: In your email or ticket description, explain clearly that you do not have a working phone number for SMS verification. Instead, offer to verify your account ownership using alternate methods, such as providing your SSH public keys, listing your personal access tokens (PATs), or verifying recent repository commit signatures. Do not use your current account to submit a ticket on behalf of the blocked one, as support agents cannot discuss account details with a third-party profile due to privacy regulations. Reach out using the logged-out form or direct email from the correct address to get an agent to review your block. Do you still have access to the primary email address that was registered to your blocked account, or do you need to recover that email access as well? |

I really need help, Github blocked my other account and I need to do SMS verification to open a support ticket, but, I currently do not have a phone number, so what do I do? And I don't think you can contact github support without a ticket so I am in a very deep hole.
