Hey! That "Setup is in Progress" state getting stuck is a known provisioning issue — it happens on GitHub's backend side, not something you can fix from your account.

Since you've been waiting since 19 June and re-creating shows the subdomain is already taken, here's what I'd do:

Open a direct support ticket (sign in with the owner account):

When submitting, choose Enterprise Cloud > Account Management and include:

• The subdomain name you tried (grapesberry-technologies-pvt-ltd)
• The org/owner account it was tied to
• Date: 19 June 2026
• That you never received the completion email
• That re-creating says the subdomain is already taken

Specify it's a stuck provisioning state (not billing) — that routes it to the right team.

A couple of things worth knowing while you wait:

• The Enterprise account genuinely won't appear under your owner account until provisioning completes — that's expected behavior
• GitHub Support can release the stuck subdomain manually once they look at it (usually within a business day or two)
