a few things worth checking that go beyond the usual checklist since you've already ruled out the basics :

• galaxy brain unlocking instantly but pull shark not is actually a meaningful clue ,, it suggests the achievement processing pipeline itself is working fine for your account,, so this isnt a broader "your account is stuck" issue.it points more specifically at something in the pulll-shark-specific counting logic not picking up these particular merges .

since its been under an hour and you've already tried the cache/ incognito / visibility toggles,,,id give it the standard 24-48hr window first. if it's still not showing after that with the pulls search confirming 2+ genuinely-yours merges in non-fork public repos,,,,,,that would be worth reporting as a bug since galaxy brain proves your account processes achievements normally 💙💙💙💙
