Make panel dragging, redocking and visibility use native Qt controls #974

Closed

Description

@BrunoChevalier

Panel title bars currently move floating docks themselves, while Qt owns docked dragging and docking previews. Visibility animations also impose temporary maximum sizes. Together these can make undocking, redocking and resizing feel inconsistent, and nested script docks use different controls.

Provide one native Qt gesture owner for docked and floating panels. Keep visibility immediate without changing size constraints; provide accessible float/dock and close controls, select a panel when explicitly redocking it, and use the same controls for the nested Script Editor and Console. Make dock separators easier to acquire in both themes.

Acceptance: preserve content, keyboard focus, tab selection and View-action synchronization through float/redock/hide/reopen; respect dock feature restrictions; verify separator resizing and both themes at normal and scaled DPI. Native held-pointer acceptance remains distinct from offscreen tests.

Delivery unit D01 from discussion #919. Keep this independent of workspace presets, sidebar visibility controls and plot rendering changes. The corresponding PR will reference this issue.
