- Add 12 scoped issues (cobusgreyling#220–cobusgreyling#231): Cursor L2 examples, Hermes PR Babysitter, loop-sync QUICKSTART, Amazon Q/Codeium appendices, community stories, loop-init validation checklist - Extend create-good-first-issues.sh with Wave 3 (idempotent) - Refresh Help wanted table and open-issue count (25)
