Add a command palette / quick open panel #338
Description
Feature description
- Quick open panel, it would be useful for switching-notes/attachments (Quick notes switcher #277) and searching while in focus mode.
- Quick open for switching-data-directories (Multiple data directories/workspaces/windows #60).
- Command panel, it would be pretty useful once plugins Plugins #128 are implemented.
Feature motivation
It's super powerful and it doesn't clutter the UI.

It would be awesome if command palette could do other things like toggle focus mode, toggle sidebar... Is it planned ?
