Did you mean 24.19.0? The PR you linked to is not in Node.js 20.

The PR linked is only building startup snapshots into the libnode. I think the issue is rooted in the reproducibility of V8 snapshots. Have you tried disabling ASLR, like mentioned in #63914?

@legendecas with #65684 applied on node v24.19.0,
./node test/parallel/test-snapshot-reproducible.jspass.(and I made sure it fails without).
Also for the record, I tested this on ppc64el.
