Datasets include estimates for 5 chronic disease-related unhealthy behaviors, 13 health outcomes, and 9 preventive services at the Census Tract, County, City, Zip Code, and Country level from 2017-2018.

National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network

The environmental_health_toxicology directory contains information on data that was collected by the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network.

Datasets include:

• 2.5 PM Air Quality Daily Measurements at the Census Tract and County level from 2001-2016
• Ozone Air Quality Daily Measurements at the Census Tract and County level from 2001-2016
