  1. Refresh public README for external audiences

Rewrite the public README to read as an architecture reference and
credible buyer-facing document rather than a generic project readme.

    - Add a 30-second summary, a clear "who this is for / not for" section,
and a direct "Try it" table linking to signup, pricing, demo, and docs.
    - Introduce "What customers actually get" and a DocsFlow vs generic AI
chat comparison so non-technical buyers can position DocsFlow against
ChatGPT / Notion AI on their own.
    - Add "How accurate is it?" with the most recent regression-harness
result and a note on continuous unit-test coverage.
    - Expand the security and data-handling section with explicit stances on
training data, tenant isolation, prompt injection defense, provider
      outages, and data deletion.
    - Tighten the RAG pipeline description to a three-stage outcome summary
(retrieval, grounding, generation) and keep the four-layer tenant
      isolation table.
    - Update the tech stack to name LangChain for document parsing and
      OpenRouter for multi-model LLM routing.
    - Add an FAQ and a limitations-and-roadmap table so buyers can
self-qualify and read honest scope statements.
    - Update the footer contact to support@docsflow.app.

Implementation-specific tuning, algorithms, and prompt text are
intentionally omitted from this README; they remain proprietary to the
    hosted product at docsflow.app.
