  1. Add :ready slot to ai-code-backends dispatch protocol (#1) 

    Expose ai-code-cli-session-ready-p as a backend-agnostic public API
for session readiness. Backends declare a :ready predicate in their
plist; backends without one are considered always ready (ai-code--cli-
ready-fn is nil, ai-code-cli-session-ready-p returns t immediately).

Wire claude-code-ide with :ready ai-code--claude-code-ide-session-ready-p
which checks claude-code-ide-mcp-session-client — the MCP WebSocket
field set when Claude finishes startup. Other backends are unaffected.

ai-code--apply-backend now extracts :ready alongside :start/:send/:resume
and sets ai-code--cli-ready-fn, clearing it when switching to a backend
without :ready so no stale predicate from a previous backend leaks.

25/25 tests passing. Companion to beads-worktree-orchestrator PR #6.
