  1. Add packaging scripts and CLAUDE.md for Cowork org skill uploads 

    Scripts to package individual plugins as zips for upload as Organization
skills in Cowork. Includes Unix (package.sh) and PowerShell (package.ps1)
variants with auto-discovery of all plugins including partner-built ones.

  2. Fix package.ps1: use .NET ZipArchive for forward-slash paths 

    PowerShell Compress-Archive writes backslashes in zip entry paths,
violating ZIP spec §4.4.17.1. Cowork rejects these as "zip file
contains path with invalid characters". Replaced with .NET ZipArchive
API and explicit path normalization.
