Cross-platform smoke tests that exercise the distributable duroxide Python
wheel — not the source tree. Installs into a fresh venv, resolves platform tags,
runs a minimal SQLite-backed orchestration.
Kept in lockstep with sdks/duroxide-node/ci/smoke/. The duroxide-update-manager
