Implement Discard Functionality to Remove Unsubmitted Post Data and Uploaded Files

As an admin, I want to be able to discard an unsubmitted post along with any uploaded files
so that I don’t leave behind unnecessary data or unused files if I choose not to publish the post.
Current limitation: When a user uploads files but decides not to submit the post, those files remain permanently stored in R2 object storage with no way to delete them.
