Design

• All files in lib/amazon_ads/apis/ and lib/amazon_ads/errors.rb are auto-generated; never hand-edit them
• Stateless LWA: each call to LWA#request hits the token endpoint; the caller owns token caching
• API classes take access_token directly; no in-process token management
• 4xx/5xx responses raise AmazonAds::Error (status checked after perform, never via an http feature, so bodies survive); transport errors pass through raw
• VCR cassettes replay only on CI; re-recording needs real credentials in test/.env and scrubs advertiser identifiers via the before_record hook
