Improve UI text on confirmation page (at registration) #22126

Description

@superuser-does

On the screen after clicking through from a registration email, it currently says "Welcome to Lichess!" and "Log in as <user>":

Image URL endpoint: `/signup/confirm/`

There is a usability problem as there is a banner at the bottom saying the user is "almost done". It's not obvious that this button actually confirms the user's account. I have been advised by ornicar that this is necessary, because email provider's sometimes click the confirmation for the user.

With that in mind, these changes need to be made please:

  1. Change the title to "Welcome to Lichess, <user>!
  2. Change the button text to Verify your account
