⚠️ VePhim Legal Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING VEPHIM

Educational Purpose Statement

This software project ("VePhim") is provided STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY.

VePhim is designed to showcase advanced web and mobile application development techniques, including but not limited to:

  • Monorepo architecture using Nx
  • Full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development
  • Integration of AI services with web applications
  • HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) and media delivery techniques
  • Cross-platform mobile development with React Native
  • Data indexing and retrieval optimization

Usage Limitations

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using VePhim, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. No Content Hosting: VePhim does not host, store, upload, or distribute any movie content, media files, or copyrighted materials on its servers at any time.

  2. Aggregation Function: VePhim functions solely as a technical demonstration of content aggregation, cataloging, and discovery technologies. It indexes publicly available content from other sources but does not modify, copy, or store that content.

  3. Third-Party Content: All media content accessible through VePhim:

    • Is sourced exclusively from publicly available third-party sources
    • Remains hosted on and is streamed directly from those third-party sources
    • Is not modified, copied, or stored on VePhim servers at any time

  4. No Circumvention: VePhim does not circumvent any digital rights management technologies, paywalls, or other technical protection measures.

  5. No Encouragement of Infringement: VePhim does not encourage or promote copyright infringement or unauthorized access to content.

User Responsibilities

Users of VePhim are solely and entirely responsible for:

  1. Legal Compliance: Ensuring their use of VePhim complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to copyright, intellectual property rights, data privacy, and content access.

  2. Rights Verification: Verifying they have legal rights to access any content they view through VePhim.

  3. Proper Usage: Using the technological concepts demonstrated in VePhim only in a legal and ethical manner.

  4. Consequences: Any legal or other consequences that may arise from their use of VePhim or similar technologies.
