Dear IPython community,

I am receiving the following error message when trying to run a script in IPython:

raise NoConsoleScreenBufferError

prompt_toolkit.output.win32.NoConsoleScreenBufferError: No Windows console found. Are you running cmd.exe?

This happens when I try calling a specific method of the "pandss" package at the following GitHub site:
https://github.com/CentralValleyModeling/pandss

The first time I try running the script, it runs fine. The second time I try running it, the process fails with the above error. Do you know what may be causing this?

I was not able to attach samples of the python script and input DSS file here. Please let me know if you are available to look at this. If so, I can try to set up another way to get these files to you.
