Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

MCP recently added support for specifying tool output schemas. This is particularly useful for tools that return large structured result sets that contain many fields and rows, which is true of several of the GitHub MCP tools.

Proposed solution

Add output schemas per MCP spec.
