Session not always refresh the model provider credentials

In an open session when the credentials of a model provider change (custom header in my case) the session does not pick the credentials and fails to connect to the model provider, no matter how many times you tell the agent to retry. The workaround is to change the model and back to the model you where and them ask the agent to retry.
