Can we have some options to set the default state of the UI's side panel, and what it should contain?

Once the initial chat prompt is submitted, I find I nearly always want the panel open with the same things.

It becomes a bit tedious to have to:

1. Toggle the side panel open
2. Click [+], add the Changes tab
3. Click [+], add the Terminal tab
4. Click [+], add the Files tab
5. etc
