added pdowrapper to pdo query capture

- PdoQueryCapture now extends \flight\database\SimplePdo (v0.1.x / 7.4 line)
- Adjusted constructor for BC with existing 4-param usage on this branch while delegating to SimplePdo
- Updated README with clarification on SimplePdo benefits and Tracy vs APM tracking
- All queries continue to be captured for the Tracy database panel

Related to #10

SimplePdo (with the full helper methods, improved IN handling, etc.) and the deprecation of PdoWrapper were introduced/polished in v3.18.0 per the core changelog and docs.

This ensures users of PdoQueryCapture get the complete recommended SimplePdo implementation and avoids pulling in older core versions where extending PdoWrapper would have been the only option.

- Added phpunit as dev dep + 'composer test' script
- Added phpunit.xml.dist and tests/bootstrap.php
- Added .gitignore for vendor / cache / lock (common for libraries)
- Applied the same params storage improvement in PdoQueryCaptureStatement::execute (makes prepared/runQuery param capture work)
- Full PdoQueryCaptureTest suite lives on the v0.2 / master-targeted PR for now. The 7.4 branch SUT has legacy query() override signatures that are incompatible with PHP 8.4+ strict declaration checks (pre-existing). The harness is in place so tests can be enabled/ported when running under PHP 7.4-8.3 or after any signature alignment on the maintenance branch.

This gives both PRs the ability to have 'composer test' and validates the SimplePdo change + capture on the primary line.
