I have written a TLS Echo Server and published it on RubyGems. I would like to add eventmachine as a dependency but cannot. Namely, the eventmachine in RubyGems has no support for TLS1.3 (in contrast to the GitHub version). Is it possible to publish a new version on RubyGems?
