scope: imperative-or-noun summary (no trailing period)

# ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

# SUBJECT (first line, target <=72 / hard ~90, never wrap to a 2nd line):

# Pick one opening --

# (a) scope: summary scope in L<n> / Phase <n> / C<n> / named-tool /

# CI / CLAUDE.md / "Audit fixes" / concept (Keystone...)

# (b) imperative verb Add / Fix / Upgrade / Restructure / Integrate /

# Activate / Close / Unblock / Move / Drop / gitignore

# May carry a ": subtitle" to expand. Lowercase after colon (proper nouns aside).

# No trailing period.

# Punctuation: + joins co-delivered items · -> migration/rename/version ·

# / groups siblings · ; splits two changes · (...) trailing status.

# ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

# WHAT / WHY (1-2 sentences): state the problem/motivation/threat, then what you did.

# Body: bullets or numbered findings, naming real classes/tools/methods.

# - Name: explanation ...

# (audit batches: GAP-n (HIGH): ... / CRITICAL#1 (...): ... / 1. area: ...)

# (optional group headers: Security / guard: Correctness: Major: Minor: Cleanup:)

# Closing line (MANDATORY when code/tests change):

# test count + green, e.g. core 258/258 green | core 251 -> 253 green (2 new tests)

# fixes MUST assert the regression test is real: teeth-verified / non-vacuous /

# fails on pre-fix code

# Situational (add when applicable):

# Verified live in a running MC client: <tool> <concrete evidence>.

# <artifact> is gitignored (rebuild via <cmd>).

# Frozen contract unchanged (additive only). / Default posture unchanged. /

# zero MC source edits / No caller changed / Fat agent jar builds.

# ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

# IRON RULES (violate = do not commit):

# 1. NEVER add AI attribution: no Co-Authored-By, no "Generated with". Author = user only.

# 2. Compile, then test, then commit.

# 3. Every fix/feature ships a non-vacuous regression test (fails on pre-fix code).

# 4. Honesty: name what is gitignored / untested / unwired; never fake green.

# 5. English commits; no graphical symbols except -> <-.

# 6. One commit = one independently verifiable claim; split unrelated changes.
