Provide first-class OS integration for .csx files similar to Python .py, including default runtime association and double-click execution support.

This is a serious limitation of the on the scripts, not even having the flexibility like python even in native operating system!

If this is implemented, almost all the dot net developers will fall back to C# scripts rather than python scripts
