[Feature Request] currentOp command

Purpose of the feature.

#52 fixed $currentOp aggregation pipeline stage. It would be nice to also have the currentOp top-level command implemented.

Describe the solution you'd like

DocumentDB implements currentOp command.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Make our own parallel view on current operation in FerretDB (like we do now). That results in $currentOp and currentOp return different results.
Implement currentOp in terms of $currentOp. That would result in duplication of efforts.
