  1. feat(client): add httptrace-style observability hooks 

    Add client/trace with Hooks and Operation, client.WithHooks, client.WithTransport and client.ErrorKind, plus dockerhub.WithHooks. Every client and dockerhub operation calls the hooks. Hooks set on the client also apply to HubAuth. NewResolverClient and NewAuthorizerClient in x accept optional connect.ClientOption values. No new module dependencies.
