Gracefully handle environments with limited RAM #279
Description
Generalize the approach in PR #278, which sets a RAM request limit for WASM builds. Find a way to test the limited RAM environment first, to make sure the current code does not handle it well and that the new code does. One possibility:
docker run --rm -m 2g -v "$PWD":/src -w /src your-dds-image \
./bazel-bin/library/tests/dtest -f hands/list1000.txt -s calc
