Developers on arm64 machines can't build because the version of node does not have an arm64 version: https://nodejs.org/dist/v10.16.1/
However, because the CI builds aren't able to run 20.x versions, I downgraded in this PR: 47fc03e

We should investigate if there is a version compatible with CI that also builds on arm64 machines.
