Totally unclear on how to use this tool.
Please add some basic examples to your README on how to run a speedtest from CLI.

    As far as I understand the speed test is primarily intended to be used as a library in the browser.

    Yes, I understand that, but could still make a web page (html) demo, or use node from CLI, for an example.
