  1. feat(emdash): upgrade to EmDash 0.42 with conditional saves and schem…

Raise the emdash and @emdash-cms/admin peers to
">=0.42.0 <1.0.0 || ^1.0.1-rc.0". The range leaves out the deprecated
emdash@1.0.0 mis-publish and accepts the 1.0.1 release candidates.
Dev dependencies and the clean-consumer check pin 0.42.0.

- translate-content checks the live collection schema (schema:read).
  It refuses fields that are missing, not string/text/portableText,
  or not translatable.
- Look up the source locale through ctx.content.getTranslations()
  instead of the internal ContentRepository. Lookup errors now return 502 instead of silently translating the draft.
- Catalog-override PUTs require `expected` and write with compareAndSet/compareAndDelete. A concurrent edit returns 409.
- Add POST catalog/clear-synced to remove overrides that match the
  deployed catalog. Keys that change mid-clear are skipped and reported.
- Move settings to ctx.settings (same option rows, no migration).
  Settings GETs return `revision` and PUTs require it; a conflict
  returns 409.
- Declare `methods` on every route and drop requireMethod.
- The editor panel uses the admin fetchContent/updateContent helpers and names the user holding an edit lock when a save is blocked.
