  1. test(e2e): add the nightly cloud routine skill and unblock non-intera…

    …ctive runs

Add `.claude/skills/e2e-routine`, the skill a cloud scheduled task runs
nightly against main: preflight, decide whether main moved (ledger on the
`claude/e2e-ledger` branch), build the frontend-embedded binary, run the
licensed suite detached from the tool shell, classify each red test
(product regression, spec rot, flake, test isolation, infra, flipped lock),
attribute an owner from the commits since the last green run, file or
propose Linear BOT issues, and record the run. The setup script covers what
a root Ubuntu cloud session lacks: Node 24, the `bytebase` system user that
embedded Postgres needs under root, Postgres server binaries on PATH, and
    Playwright Chromium.

The harness's `ensureBrowser()` now calls the project's Playwright binary
directly. Through `pnpm exec`, pnpm's dependency check tried to purge
node_modules and aborted on the missing TTY, which killed globalSetup in
    every non-interactive run.

  2. test(e2e): fall back to the committed dev license when BYTEBASE_E2E_L…

    …ICENSE is unset

Global setup now resolves the enterprise license in two steps: the
BYTEBASE_E2E_LICENSE variable, else the BB_DEV_ENTERPRISE_LICENSE line in
frontend/.env.dev. That dev-signed license has been in the repository since
2022 for the dev build's profile menu, validates only on a binary built
without the `release` tag (the build the README prescribes), and is what
every local and cloud run installed by hand so far. A plain
`pnpm exec playwright test` is now the licensed run; the variable remains
an override for a production-signed license on a release build.

  3. test(e2e): cap a routine run at two hours of wall clock

Three attempts per test stay; a night of hung tests otherwise multiplies
every attempt by the test timeout (a local run reached 15 hours).

  4. test(e2e): make the routine's Linear team configurable and say it run…

    …s the existing suite only

E2E_ROUTINE_LINEAR_TEAM (default BOT) names the one team the routine may
file into; the task prompt now selects BYT. The description states that no
new tests are written. On macOS the detached run holds caffeinate so a
sleeping laptop cannot stretch every timeout.

  5. test(e2e): routine lessons from the first cloud run

Reruns block in the foreground (a session idle on a background loop paused
for 25 minutes); while the skill lives on a branch its files are overlaid on
main's commit so the ledger records main's SHA; attribution widens to the
spec file's last change when nothing in the window explains a failure, since
a spec can have been red for weeks before the first run.

  7. test(e2e): never record a cut-short run as green, and retry an uncove…

    …red SHA

A run the two-hour cap or a crash ends has no failed test, a nonzero exit
code and tests that never ran; summarize.py now classifies it incomplete
(exit 3) and the ledger records it as such. should-run.sh treats a SHA whose
last run was infra or incomplete as untested and runs it again instead of
    taking the unchanged-main exit.
