Python already uses CRAWLEE_SESSION_POOL_STATE and CRAWLEE_STATE.
• from_config() on Snapshotter and LocalEventManager should be from_configuration(), matching the configuration naming used elsewhere (Unify config vs. configuration crawlee#3706).
• Configuration is mutable. JS made instances immutable in feat: redesign Configuration class for v4 crawlee#3484. In Python that would be frozen=True on the settings model.
