Record first touch and FirstPromoter referrals on docs.apify.com with bootstrap.js #3085

Problem

docs.apify.com doesn't load apify.com/ext/bootstrap.js, which apify.com, the blog, mcp.apify.com and Console load. A visitor who starts on docs gets no first-touch or FirstPromoter cookies, so Console stores their first referrer as docs.apify.com, and affiliate links to docs attribute nothing. In the last 90 days, 7,490 signups were stored with first referrer docs.apify.com, and at least 161 visitors arrived on docs through affiliate links without attribution.

Done when

  • A first visit to any of the 6 docs sites, including the SDK, client and CLI docs, sets ApifyAcqSrc on .apify.com, and ApifyAcqRefFirst when there is a referrer.
  • A docs URL with fpr sets ApifyProdFpRef, and ApifyProdFpSubId when it also has fp_sid.
  • pr-N.preview.docs.apify.com and local builds write none of these cookies.

Suggestions

  • Add it to the shared @apify/docs-theme, so publish-to-npm.yaml rolls it out to the 5 other docs repos.
