Bug description

Changing the legend type has no impact on the chart visualization. The legend is always displayed as "scroll" even when "list" is selected.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a charts that has enough dimensions to be scrolled.
2. Change legend type from scroll to list and see it has no effect.
