I'm researching the Casbin onboarding experience — where new users actually get stuck — to see if a small helper tool is worth building.

From reading issues and community posts, the struggle seems to fall into three buckets:

• A. Install & deps — adapter version conflicts, environment problems
• B. Model config — writing model.conf, matcher syntax errors, understanding sub/obj/act, picking the right model
• C. Integration — wiring it to your DB/framework, policies not taking effect, reloading behavior

Questions:

1. When you adopted Casbin, where did you get stuck, and for how long?
2. Which bucket (A/B/C) hurt the most?
3. What finally unblocked you?

And one forward-looking question: if a small tool could lint/validate model.conf with human-readable error explanations, or generate a working model from a plain description of your system (e.g. "I need RBAC with 3 roles for a blog admin panel"), would you have used it when you started?

An honest "no" is as useful as "yes" — this decides whether I build it. Thanks!
