custom agents pick up default model instead of specified one, until toggled #3571

Description
If opencode opens in a custom agent, it will use the default model (e.g., stated in opencode.jsonc) instead of using the specific model stated in the agent markdown file (e.g., doc.md), unless the agent is being "toggled into" (clicking tab until it is seen again).
I can also try and take this issue if okay.
OpenCode version
0.15.29 (latest)
Steps to reproduce
- state a default model in opencode.jsonc
- create a custom agent markdown file, with a different model than the default from (1)
- exit opencode while being inside the custom agent
- reopen opencode and see the custom agent is being used, but with the default model
