Describe the enhancement you want to request
This is a feature specifically designed for the web UI, though I am sure it could work on desktop as well. Having a project structure, similar to other systems like this one, that allows you to scope different chats into specific projects would be really useful.
Additionally, I would like the ability to pin independent chats to the top. This would allow you to keep ongoing, necessary chats visible for longer periods instead of having to guess where they are located.

Yes, I believe this is a valid request, and I have a similar need.
For example, Tencent’s WorkBuddy supports pinning important chats to the top. Alternatively, you could mark those as unread.
