  1. fix: make workspace tabs fill the full height of the tab row 

    Remove the dedicated 4px window-drag strip above the tab row and grow
the tab header from 32px to 36px so tabs sit flush against the top edge
with no card-colored gap above them. The top band still totals 36px, so
it stays aligned with the sidebar's titlebar-left header, and the tab
row itself remains a window-drag region.

  2. fix: install native arm64 Electron under Rosetta on Apple Silicon 

    getElectronTargetArch reported x64 when running under an Intel Homebrew
node or Rosetta on Apple Silicon, fetching an Intel Electron and tripping
the macOS "Support Ending for Intel-based Apps" warning. Detect Rosetta
via sysctl.proc_translated and prefer the native arm64 build, mirroring
stock electron/install.js.
