Problem with code area and block palette with specific project #9199

Description
With project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1387832458/editor/ there are two problems in Chrome:
- the "hide block palette" add-on doesn't work (the palette stays closed), see initial part of the attached video
- when I drag the scripts in the code area I see they flickering and jumping to different positions, see final part of the attached video
With other projects, e.g. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1380774466/editor/, everything works fine instead.
I'm using this settings scratch-addons-settings-2026 10 05.json
Steps to reproduce
- import settings scratch-addons-settings-2026 10 05.json
- open project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1387832458/editor/
- try to open the block palette by hovering the category icons or clicking them: it doesn't open
- drag the scripts of Sprite1: they flicker and jump around.

I have to withdraw this issue: same problem in Scratch without enabling ScratchAddons

I found the same problem with project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1388834350/editor/. It works well in Scratch, but shows flickering and locked block palette when ScratchAddons is enabled. See attached video https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/42d31799-3b9d-4d28-afc7-067f020872b4
