Snap vector nodes to other nodes #9176

Why this would be helpful
This was suggested by a Scratch user. It's also available in other vector graphics editors and is quite useful.
My suggestion
The existing Costume editor snapping addon could be extended to snap nodes to other nodes when using the Reshape tool.
