From #8917 (comment): with editor-compact enabled, the More overflow menu in the paint editor is larger than the surrounding buttons.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable editor-compact
2. Navigate to the costume editor
3. Shrink the window until the More overflow menu appears
4. Observe

Note that the More dropdown is larger than the surrounding buttons. For reference, without editor-compact:

Setting the same padding as the other buttons (calc(0.125rem - 1px)) looks a bit strange:

0.25rem with a border-radius of 0.25rem seems to look ok-ish:

However this does cause some overlap without further changes:

Even with these changes, the dropdown menu items themselves are quite comically large:
