Describe the bug

If someone speaks right after you've changed the settings, the scroll jumps up, making it difficult to adjust something in calls (component re-renders?).

Reproduction

1. Open video settings in call
2. Change camera or screen share settings
3. Make a sound loud enough to get the highlighted
4. The scroll should jump up

Expected behavior

Scroll position should stay the same
