Describe the bug

in some cases, you might be temporarily unable to connect to a homeserver during the login prompt. normally, it shows a message:

on some platforms (android especially) this looks like a progress blocker. you can get past it by changing homeservers and back again until you can connect, but it's not clear

Reproduction

easy repro on a web browser with noscript:

1. set up noscript to trust app.sable.moe and nothing else
2. visit https://app.sable.moe
3. try to login to any homeserver

Expected behavior

it probably makes sense to have some "retry" button?
