maxGUI should support languages beyond English. This includes things like right-to-left text and UTF support. This also includes exposing user preferences and what languages are available on the system.
Describe the solution you'd like
All text should be perhaps UTF-8. And controls likely need a way to specify that the displayed text should be right-to-left.
Additional context
I'm not sure if vertical language support is common & needed. And I'm sure internationalization is a deep topic to which I only have minor exposure. I'll need to research this more deeply before knowing the best path forward.
