Research and maintenance

Browse the actual Survey / Research Issues, Benchmarks and Roadmaps. Research is evidence, never implementation approval.

Keep full designs, results and approvals in their original Issues; do not create empty numbered directories, duplicate documents or prewritten acceptance receipts. Only necessary attachments belong in spec/<issue-number>/. See Contributing for the workflow.
