[build] add .dockerignore to slim the Docker build context
`COPY . /src` shipped the whole repo as build context (~2 GB of untracked
scratch: fold_*.mnn, *.nii.gz, output.jnii, host build/ and third_party/
trees). The image fetches its own ORT + MNN and compiles from src/, so none
of that is needed. Excluding it drops the context from ~2 GB to ~340 kB.
Deliberately no blanket *.txt rule (would drop CMakeLists.txt).
