Problem

Kubernetes-targeted offline packages remove the entire deploy/docker tree, while the Kubernetes deployment path requires deploy/docker/assets/official-skills-zip during official skill synchronization.

Expected behavior

--target k8s packages contain the runtime assets required by the Kubernetes deploy script without retaining unrelated Docker deployment files.

Acceptance

• A K8s-only offline package contains all official skill archives.
• Package checksum generation includes those archives.
• K8s-only package tests prove the deployment-required directory is present.
