  1. test(functional): cover cooperative Java interoperability

Run mixed Java and Sarama groups with each client leading in turn. Track assignment callbacks to verify that disjoint subscriptions are retained and include an eager fallback case as a control.

Run these tests with Java clients from Kafka 2.8.2 or later, which includes the fix for KAFKA-13406.

  2. feat(consumer): add cooperative metrics and example

Count assigned and revoked partitions and report the current number owned by each consumer group member. The same metrics cover eager and cooperative sessions.

Add cooperative assignor options to the consumer group example and document the two-stage rolling migration for an existing group.
