Quick Setup Guide - TravelGraph-AI

🚀 5-Minute Setup for New Machine

Step 1: Clone & Install

git clone https://github.com/Hotragn/TravelGraph-AI.git
cd TravelGraph-AI
python -m venv venv
venv\Scripts\activate  # Windows
pip install -r requirements.txt

Step 2: Get Your Private Key

From original machine, copy this file:

C:\Users\hotra\.ssh\rsa_key.p8

To new machine, place it here:

C:\Users\YourName\.ssh\rsa_key.p8

Step 3: Create Secrets File

Create .streamlit/secrets.toml:

uri = "neo4j+s://your-instance.databases.neo4j.io"
username = "neo4j"
password = "your-password"

[snowflake]
account = "your-account.snowflakecomputing.com"
user = "your-username"
warehouse = "COMPUTE_WH"

private_key_path = "C:/Users/YourName/.ssh/rsa_key.p8"

Step 4: Run

streamlit run app.py

⚠️ Important Notes

1. Private key is NOT in GitHub - You must copy it manually
2. secrets.toml is NOT in GitHub - You must create it on each machine
3. Both files are in .gitignore - They won't be committed accidentally

🆘 Quick Troubleshooting

Error: "Private key not found"
→ Check path in secrets.toml matches where you put the key

Error: "Snowflake auth failed"
→ Verify you copied the ENTIRE key file (including BEGIN/END lines)

Error: "Neo4j connection failed"
→ Check credentials in secrets.toml
